This includes modification in the documentation, specific emphasis on the allotment of roles and responsibilities, preparation of user friendly guidance documents at requisite levels, introduction of practicable and relevant statistical methods of data analysis, enhancement of personnel competence in Internal Auditing, discarding of un-necessary elements from the Quality Manual & other Quality Documents.

Ascent WORLD introduces a complete package in Six Sigma & Lean Six Sigma Training. This includes the Green Belt, Yellow Belt, Black Belt & Master Black Belt modules. The first training program was arranged at Fawzi Saleh Al Najrani Contracting Company, Ras Tanura, Saudi Arabia with about 11 project Managers. The program was a success and a stepping stone to the organization’s all round development. 09 out of 11 persons who appeared, scored more than 78% points. The second training is scheduled between 08th October, 2010 to 10th October, 2010 at Mumbai, India.

Ascent LANKA arranged a seminar on 5S systems in the premises of EMP Group of Companies situated at Narahenpita, Colombo. About 75 CEOs attended the program and appreciated the efforts taken by Ascent WORLD on this Globalized Improvement Program. All were awarded Certificates of Attendance. This program also covered the basic prefatory requirements for developing systems as per ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, TS 16949, ISO 27001 & ISO 22000. The 5S lecture was taken by Mr. Harshanath De Silva who is trained in the method in Japan.

Ascent WORLD establishes independent office at Republic of Yemen (Sana’a) in the name and style of Ascent YEMEN. The event was inaugurated by Shaikh Saleh Mohammed H Shajia. In the opening ceremony Shaikh Saleh said, “Its an enormous opportunity for the native companies of the Republic of Yemen, to establish their systems as per world class standards, ISO standards, ISO certifications and demonstrate their capabilities to the world.
